Prospective Student

Students who will study in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at our Faculty are required to take note of the following:

1. Students enrolling in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts are required to wear the professional uniform prescribed for practical courses.

2. Students enrolled in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts are charged a fee for the consumable materials, tools, and equipment used in practical courses. This fee is collected twice each academic year, at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters.

3. The consumables and equipment fee is also collected from students admitted to the Department through lateral or vertical transfer.

4. First-degree relatives of martyrs and veterans are exempt from the consumables and equipment fee.

5. For the Fall and Spring semesters of the 2025–2026 Academic Year, the consumables and equipment fee to be collected from students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts for use in practical courses and activities has been set at TL 3,000 (three thousand Turkish lira) per semester.

6. The Faculty campus is located in Manavgat, Antalya.
